Villa Margherita – Booking and Stay Conditions
Cancellation Policy
(Except for non-refundable rates)
- Credit Card Guarantee: Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before check-in. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the cost of one night will be charged.
- Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
Payment Terms
- The balance is to be paid at check-out.
- In cases where a non-refundable discounted rate is offered by the property, the guest is required to pay in advance according to the specified terms to complete the booking. This payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Stay Conditions
- Check-in: From 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM
- Check-out: By 10:30 AM
- Breakfast (if included): Served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
- A tourist tax is applicable.
- Bathroom linen is changed every 3 days.
- Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- Additional bathroom linen change (on request): €5.00
- Additional bed linen change (on request): €5.00
- Room cleaning is carried out every day. To allow cleaning, it is recommended to vacate the room by 10:30 AM.
- Final cleaning is included in the price.
- Additional room cleaning (on request): €10.00
- Cooking in the rooms is not allowed.
- Guests are not allowed in rooms/apartments.
Pets
Conditions for accommodating pets at this property:
- Small pets allowed upon prior agreement with the host.
- Must be well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, not allowed on beds, must not be left alone on the premises, and preferably should stay with their owners.
- Garden available.
